1. Do I need to register to create ID cards online at identity2u?
No, you can try out identity2u straight away to see how easy it is to produce your ID cards online with identity2u. You only need to register if you want to create more than 5 ID cards, or when you’re ready to place an order.
2. I have lots of ID cards to produce, do I have to enter them all one-by-one?
No, you can upload all of your ID cards at once using a CSV file (which you can save from Microsoft Excel and most other spreadsheet software). Photos can also be uploaded in bulk.
3. Can you design my ID cards for me?
Yes, we would be happy to design your ID cards for you. Please contact us to find out more and to discuss your requirements.
4. Do my ID cards have to be white, or can they have a background image printed on them?
We can produce ID cards for just about any design and layout you might have. If you can’t find the type of ID card layout you want please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
5. What types of ID cards can you print?
We can print most types of ID card including smart cards. If you have a particular requirement for your ID cards please contact us.
6. Is my organisation’s data safe and secure?
Yes, nobody else can access your account or any of the data or ID cards stored in it (as long as you keep your login details safe). The identity2u website is secure and uses SSL encryption to ensure that only authorised users can access their own data, and nobody else's.
7. Can I order replacements for any of my ID cards?
Yes – you can re-order a previously ordered batch of ID cards, or you can order just those ID cards you need replacements for. You can also edit any of the cards which need to be changed.
8. If I’ve made a mistake on one of my ID cards can you re-print the ID card for me?
Yes, but if you’ve already placed the order you will be charged for the card you need to have re-printed. Please make sure you check the ID cards you are about to order carefully before placing an order.
9. How quickly will I receive my ID cards?
Your cards will be despatched within 1 working day of us confirming receipt of your order, which we aim to do on the same day for any orders received by 3.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
